great addition to our collection
I bought this for my wife because I bought the oval 6.5 qt pot last year for christmas.
While the 6.5 qt has been better than expected and the quality second to none, it requires the doubling of many recipe's especially candy. Because it has such a large foot print.
This 2.5 qt pot is perfect for candy, and soups that you dont want to eat for eternity, as well as oat meal and such.
These are easily cleaned and will be passed down to our future daughter in laws. Our sons are 4 and 5 so it will be a while. But I am confident these are heirloom quality. Buy this one now and you will enjoy it the rest of your life. Or you will just end up buying it later and somone else will get all of the joy out of it.
