Savu Emeril Smoker Bags - Mesquite, Pack of 3

Smoker Bags...Great Idea
I wish I had thought of Smoker Bags. What a great way to smoke your meats and veggies. I don't have access to the fancy smokers that you can use outside, so I decided to give this a try. I was very happy with how the chicken came out. (I decided to practice on chicken first) And the beef roast was just as wonderful. great flavor. I have already suggested this to several of my friends. GREAT PRODUCT!

Microwave S'mores Maker by Progressive

Good, but not a campfire s'more!
My wife loves s'mores and we usually make them when we are having a bonfire. This works pretty well for those harsh Michigan winters where 20 below windchill makes it pretty stupid to have a fire! This will make a tasty s'more, but something about a fire roasted marshmallow is tantalizing!

For something different try using Reeses Peanut Butter Cups versus simple chocolate. People that come over to my house go crazy for them on fire nights. York Peppermint Patties are also amazing in a s'more! Try with different candy bars, really, you can have some amazing s'mores!

You might also want to check out this book: S'mores: Gourmet Treats For Every Occasion

Amazing, quick, and easy
Who doesnt love Smores? Well if you dont then of course this product isnt for you. If you do like Smores this Smore maker is AMAZING. Makes perfect smores everytime and in seconds. I took it on a ski trip with me and we just kept the perfect smores comming.
Buy this and enjoy!

Takes the work out of S'more making.
I bought this for my wife, who is a first grade teacher, because she loves S'mores, but had no way of making them easily with her class.

We tried it a few times ourself and the results are great... melted chocolate and a soft marshmallow.

After the test period was complete, it was taken to school and it passed the 1st grader test with flying colors.

Berndes 11-Inch Glass Lid

For Forty
For Forty $ I'd expect a perfect lid. Not to mention I think the lid should come w the $84 pan. Anyway, had a weak moment and picked this up off amzyon. While I'd like for it to hav a small vent, it does not. I will surVive. The slighty disturbing part to me is, as typical of most lids, a screw holds on the handle. No biggie. However, I noticed water, condensation and who knowz what else between the bottom of the handle and the glass lid. Prob jus me but that doesnt sit well. So i crank crank cranked the screw down on the rubber washer and for now, have eliminated that bacterial hideOut. I still think the lid should come w the pan...happi fryin

A very useful large glass lid
I broke the lid that accompanied a large frying pan. I ordered this from Amazon and it fits beautifully. I recommend it heartily!

T-fal Perfection Hard Enamel 13-Inch Saute Pan, Black

Great for young/college kitchen
This is the first new pan I owned, given to me as a gift by a boyfriend who was sick of eating teflon out of my ragged hand-me-down pans. Five years later, the pan has only minor blemishes, which do not interfere with the nonstick qualities, and trust me, I've abused it. The only disappointment was that it did not like the dishwasher as well as I'd hoped. :)

So Easy To Use!
For those of us who are not professional chefs, nothing beats a red dot that tells us when a pan is properly preheated! I bought this and a T-Fal "Red Spot" griddle from Amazon, and I'm thrilled with both. Each and every time I wait for the spot to turn solid, the pan is perfectly preheated. It works great on all kinds of food (with the obvious exception of searing foods - this was designed for lower temperatures) including omelettes, bacon, Pork chops and more. My favorite thing to do with it is make a condiment or sauce for pasta in it, then toss the pasta in with the sauce to get it coated. This works very well since nothing sticks! For $20 this is a great multi-use pan, and I highly recommend it. As you can tell by the other reviews here, cleanup is as easy as any you've ever done! Buy it!

Wow. Great product.
I've had this pan for a couple of months now, and it really is fantastic. The non-stick coating is great and makes the pan very easy to clean. The pan heats up quickly and evenly, and the thermospot thing is a pretty neat added features.

I'd use it everyday and for every meal except that I also have the T-fal 11 inch wok. Both are fantastic.

After shopping around at Target and other home stores, I'm convinced that this line of T-fal pans is the absolute best for the price.

I do have one word of warning, there are two or three other lines of T-fal non-stick pans, and they don't seem to be of comparable quality to the Perfection line. Be sure that you know which line you are purchasing when you place your order.

These arrived and looked MUCH cheaper than their photo. No handle loop, they are flat not rounded and there is no glossy shine to them at all. Star Crafts 16 Piece Stainless Steel Stock Pot and Steamer Set

For the money, I was impressed, but be warned.
For the money, I was impressed with the guage of the stainless steel, and that the handles were riveted and not "spot welded". I don't like spot welds because the handle usually breaks off the pot. However, the steamer insert and the pots do not fit properly. Meaning, I had the steamer insert "fall" into the water and had to remove the food, and "re-position" the steamer insert several times. I used aluminum foil around the inserts to make them a little "larger" to that they would be "snug" and not fall into the water. It worked...but I am considering something more dependable for the next dinner party.

not as advertised
They are advertised as 2,3,4 and 5 gallon. They are all about 1 gallon less than what they are advertised as. If size is not a problem they will do the job but cheap made and thin.

Pure Crap
The rivets were crooked, loose and leaky. Metal is thin and pitted. Not worth it at any price. Wouldn't even be saleable in a third world country.

VillaWare V5225 Crepe Maker

Man is this easy
I grew up in a Crepe lovin' household. We had sweet crepes for breakfast, savory crepes for lunch and meat filled crepes for dinner.
I always have used a stove top crepe pan and thought it slow and kind of a pain. That is how my dad always did it so I always thought it was the best way.
Not anymore. A friend recommended I try the Villaware electric crepe maker. Non stick coating, quick and easy. Boy were they right. Just dip the the cooker in the pan they include and you are making a crepe every 25 seconds or so. Easy to clean. I love this thing. Good recipes too, altough their basic recipe is not sweet enough.
If you love crepes. This is the piece to get.

crepe mania
In anticipation of granting my high school French club's wish to have an after-school crepe party, I bought a VIllaWare crepe maker at Christmas. This past week we used it, along with the more traditional skillet-on-the-stove method in our home ec room. While the seniors preferred the skillets, which allowed them to show off their crepe flipping ability, the younger students liked the "perfect every time" certainty of the VillaWare crepe maker. It was so much fun watching them cook for themselves and for the other faculty members, whose noses led them to see who and what was cooking in the home ec room after school! We had both dessert and chicken crepes. The French 4 kids "volunteered" to make more crepes the next day in class so as to use up the many left-over toppings. So, my classroom became a crepe factory 4th period the next day. How convenient it was to cook crepes right in class, thanks to the VillaWare crepe maker! Many of my kids would like to have...

Why only 4 stars .... well ...
This may be one of the better crepe makers at the price there are a couple of things that really bum me out ...

One .. it takes close to a good 3 to 4 minutes to make a crepe on this machine even though it has a 900 watt element (200 more than and older model...) so unless you are makeing crepes for one ... realx have a drink cause your gonna be sitting at this machine for some time ..

Two .. the teflon covering .. well it's French teflon ... don't expect it to last ... nuff said ...

Three .. the handle doesnt come off and the crepe batter is pretty liquid so get ready to use toothpicks to clean the cracks between the handle of the crepe maker and teflon plate

Four .. appart from that it's probably the best machine out there .. definitely for the money ... and .. since we love crepes and theres more than one person in my house I've bought 2 of these machines ... go figure ....

PS.... you have to try the corn meal crepes they are the most .....

STOVE TOP POTATO BAKER (SET OF 2)

Stove Top Potato Baker
Many years ago my mom used a stove top potato baker! I have been looking for them and here it is! I can not stand a baked potato made in the microwave; this makes it like it is cooked in the oven! And you do not have to put the oven on to cook one/two/three or five potatoes! Saves using the oven and makes it like a real baked potato

Don't Waste Your Money!
This item is a waste of money. It is garbage. You are supposed to be able to bake it on top of the stove. However, the only instruction is don't put on top of burner! There are no instructions included other than that. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS! I contacted the shipper and was told they don't have instructions.

Cuisinart MCU33-30HN MultiClad Unlimited Dishwasher Safe 5-1/2-Quart Saute with Helper Handle & Cover

Great pan
I have another pan of this size that is Teflon coated. We use it all the time. It was used improperly a few times for searing meat which started to damage the Teflon. I purchased this to have a sauté pan with a stainless surface. The aluminum on the pan is thick enough to prevent hot spots, but I do wish it was a bit thicker. The anodized outer surface seems nice and is easy to clean. The handle doesn't get significantly hot to bother me. Overall, exactly what I expected. Great pan and a great price.

Microhearth Grill Pan for Microwave Cooking, Lime

Kept waiting for a review
I have been watching this product and waiting for a review for months. Took the plunge and bought the Red colored grill. Happy so far: cooked filet mignon, tomatoes and bacon . All were delicious but without a comprehensive cookbook it is really trial and error. I will try fish today. Clean up is very easy. Read instructions - grill must not be immersed under water for cleaning

Works great
This is perfect for party of 2. Quick easy to use and easy to clean. Just like grilling outside but quicker

A 'MUST HAVE' grill pan
Love, love love this grill pan! I live in Arizona and sometimes it is so hot outside that we don't want to BBQ. But I don't feel like cooking inside because it heats the house up so much. I decided to check if there was anything new in the way of microwave cooking.

I'm glad I did. I mainly bought it to grill fish and chicken but I'm very happy it does so much more. The user guide includes 18 recipes including Grilled Fish, Lemon Grilled Chicken, and Tuna Melt, Fish Tacos, Sizzlin' Steak Fajitas, etc. It also has some yummy looking deserts. I can't wait to try the Berry Good Shortcakes and the Grilled Peaches & Cream.

Tonight I reheated pizza. No more soggy leftover pizza!

It mostly makes servings for 2.

I like that is is a heavier weight and very well built. It cooks fast and cleans very easily. I love the lime green color. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Pyrex Grip-Rite 3-Quart Oblong Baking Dish Clear

SAFETY ALERT
In case you haven't read the January issue of Consumer Reports yet, let me summarize: The American makers of Pyrex have changed the formula for their glass, substituting cheaper ingredients which make it more likely to shatter from heat. The European Pyrex still uses the traditional Pyrex formula and is as heat-resistant as always. "We baked at least five samples of each brand in a 450-degree oven. All of the U.S. Pyrex and Anchor dishes shattered when placed on the wet countertop. None of the European dishes ... broke" here's the European product: [ASIN:B002KHNQ3E Arcuisine Elegance Glass 2.8 Quart Rectangular Baker]

Dimensions
The item description is somewhat misleading. The length is measured from outside handle to outside handle. I purchased the item thinking it was the inside dimensions. I should have purchased the larger baking dish. It works fine but a little small.

Pyrex Exploded Like A Grenade in My Oven at 325 Degrees
Please do not buy pyrex bakeware. I had been a loyal Pyrex user for years, but this Christmas I put a brand new pyrex baking dish in the oven at 325 (an extremely low heat for cooking). About 40 minutes in, the dish exploded like a grenade. There was glass everywhere-- on the walls of the oven, even tiny bits on the ceiling of the oven. When it happened mother had been about to open the door to check the progress of the dish we were cooking. If she had opened it when the dish exploded, I have no doubt she would have been severely injured.

Let me be clear: this pan did not crack into pieces, it blew up. When I told my mother-in-law, she said the same thing happened to a friend of hers. I called consumer safety and made a report. I also called Pyrex. They said, "that's unfortunate but sometimes glass breaks." Please, for your own safety don't buy this product or any of their other cookware. Frankly, I would avoid the measuring cups too, if you plan to put hot liquid in...

Rosle Pizza Cutter

Really solid, well made, a joy to use
This pizza cutter will be the last one you'll ever need if you treat it well. The design is deceptively simple - it's just a pizza cutter - right? Well, I've used mine for pastry, pasta, and other doughs. It screams through the thickess or thiness pizza crust - actually cutting the crust rather than just hacking at it like some less well made models. My only warning - keep your fingers out of the way!

A hassle to return
I bought this based on the editorial review that "All Rösle products are made in Germany", and I needed a good Germany-made cutter because the Germans are known for their cutting instruments. Now I have this shipped to me, and it is made in China.

Great tool
I was skeptical at first of spending this much for a pizza cutter, but I'd put in a Rosle rail system and this would hang on it conveniently and...I decided to take the plunge.

It's not just a really good pizza cutter it's also attractive and, I firmly believe, easier to clean than my old cutter due to the polished wheel surface.

Or maybe that's simply because I clean it more promptly because I can hang it right on the rail after use. Whatever the reason, I recommend this cutter.

Alpine Copper Finish Encapsulated Base 18/10 Stainless Steel Whistling Tea Kettle Pot

Looks good!
This kettle looks good in my traditional style kitchen. The only thing I don't care for is the copper finish appears to be a wash, which is fine; however, when the light hits it just right it looks very silver, which I don't like. The kettle is easy to clean, drain, and dry. I especially like it that there is a latch that keeps the whistle in the up position if needed.

Love it
Truly attached to the old one, so this was a tough sell. I am enjoying not having to pick up the teapot with a hot pad. Pretty classy looking.

Le Creuset Silicone Cool Tool Handle Sleeve, Cobalt

No more burned hands
I gave this as a gift. It was perfect. The person's immediate response was "Thank you, no more burned hands." And it works. It is used all the time. I don't hear any more screaming from the kitchen.

Jelly Hands
This glorified pot holder falls very short of the mark. My main complaints have to do with the insecurity of the grip and the fact that two hands are needed to place or withdraw the sleeve from my beloved Lodge pans.

To clarify, these issues stem primarily from the raised bumps inside the sleeve that serve to minimize the surface area of the sleeve that comes in contact with the hot handle. Granted, this, along with the heat retardent properties of the silicone make the sleeve top-notch with regards to protecting one from burns; but it also makes my dense cast iron pan wobbly within my grasp. This is not a situation that I feel particularly comfortable with when lifting a red hot pan from one station to the other.

In addition, these raised bumps also require I get a hold of my pans with my free hand in order to attach or remove the sleeve - so now I need a pot holder to help with my sleeve?!!! This seems to go against the whole idea of having a good pot...

Used properly great addition to cast-iron skillet or pot
I use this with a Le Creuset 11.75 inch skillet. It looks good and is a very tight fit. It is meant to stay a part of the pan or pot you want to use. There would be no way in the middle of cooking to fit this on. If I am using the skillet just on the stove top this is fine as is. It gets warm but not unpleasant and there is no need for a pot holder. It is also comfortable.

Where you need some care is when you put your cast iron into the oven. The handle will get hot at that point. But I find with a single convetional pot holder it is fine to take out and place wherever I want. I called the Le Creuset outlet near my home where I bought the skillet. They said it is safe to keep on to oven temps up to 500 degrees. I bought this and put it on before the first use of the skillet. So I can't say how it compares to not using it. It was highly recommended by the outlet. Seeing how hot cast iron can get, this is a nice addition. The picture on Amazon is accurate. It does taper in...

Circulon Contempo Stainless Steel Nonstick Open Skillet, 11.5"

LOVE THIS PAN!!
First off this pan is deeper than most small fry pans and with the curved sides it's great for sautéing. The balance and weight is great for our gas stove. We don't have to try to balance it on the grates. And no tipping over. This pan is also 8 1/2" and you won't think there was much difference between an 8 in. Fry pan and an 8 1/2" but I do like this much better. If ther is a draw back it's that it doesn't come with a cover and being 8 1/2" they are difficult to find. We use a small universal cover

So glad this is still available.
This is a replacement for an older model which served me well for many years.
The shape is slightly different, with less slanted sides which gives a larger cooking surface.
I'm completely satisfied with it.

Nice!
Fell in love with these pans after using one at my Grandparent's house. Finally got around to replacing our old crappy pans and went with this set and got this skillet as an extra since the ones in the set were kinda deep and smaller. Love that you don't need to use spray (its true, you don't!), heat is distributed perfectly and clean up is a breeze. Haven't done the egg test but we have made pancakes and I can tell you I've never seen more perfectly even cooked pancakes (at home). Highly recommend!

Natural Home 10 Piece Easistore Nesting Cookware Set

Glad I bought them! No design flaws.
I was a little hesitant to purchase any Easistore products after reading the "easiburn" review here. But, I needed to purchase cookware that was able to be used with an induction stove, was interested in an eco-friendly product, and I wanted to get a nesting set because I have very limited storage space. And, boy, do these nest! The amount of space saved is amazing. No more wrestling 2 or 3 pots out of the way to get to the skillet.

There is absolutely no design flaw with the lids. They do hold the moisture in and "seal" well. There is a small round hole in the steel rim of the top of the lid. This allows a tiny amount of steam to escape, just enough to allow for simmering without a rattling or bumping lid. I cooked applesauce in these and did not lose any moisture. I think you would be able to steam vegetables or rice with this, but as they teach in Home Ec 1, the right tool for the right job. Get a rice steamer if you really want to steam. Besides, you can't have...

Flawed design, should be called easiburn
I was excited to buy this product, I loved the looks and the e-use of materials. But the design has 2 big cooking flaws. First, the lids have vent holes in the top and side (I assume the side hole is for draining out cooking liquids) which prevents them from being tight-fitting, steam retentive lids. No cooking rice or steaming anything with these. One of the things they teach in Home Ec 1 is to buy a pan with a tight, moisture retentive lid.

More serious is the larger pan, the bottom one of the nest. It has a handle that extends straight from the edge of the pan, and the handle is trough-shaped, with a hanging hole a couple of inches from the end. Problem is, if you have a boil-over in this pan, the scalding liquid travels past the pan edge (no tight lid to stop this) and right up the trough, then exits at the hole. Any cook knows a first reaction to this occurrence is to pull the pan off the heat, which puts your hand in the path of the scalding liquid exiting the hanging...

Great product but...
I bought these for my Mom, who has very limited storage space. She loves them. They nest, they are heavy duty and cook well. The only issue we have is we can't get anyone at the company to respond to our request for a replacement part. (My brother cooked the pot knob, and we'd like to replace it.) Outside of that, the pots really do nest well and cook well.

Browne Foodservice 744044 Ceramic 6-Hole Escargot Plate with Side Handle, Honey, 5-Inch

Too shallow
The holes are too shallow. The escargot sticks out and there's no room for the butter & garlic. The rim around the edge keeps the overflowing butter from making a mess in the oven, so it is usable. However, with the escargot not being covered with butter as they cook they don't come out as tender or tasty.

Works Well
Cooks and cleans well. My only minor comment is I wish the holes were a little deeper. This looks a little nicer than most others when it comes to serving.

Bialetti Arte Collection 10-Piece Cookware Set

Bialetti Collection
Great set of what should be "High End" pots & pans. I bought these much cheaper than I could have got them in the store for, and saved about $90.00.

Good cookware, non-existant warranty service
We bought this set at Costco about 8 years. They carry a lifetime warranty -- or so we thought. When two of the fry pans starting having Teflon flaking problems (not uncommon even with high end cookware), I figured OK I'll just send them back. When I contacted Bialetti USA, they said nope, we don't handle warranties for items bought from Costco. Those go through the main company. In Italy. OK, so I contacted Bialetti Italy. It took me 3 tries before I finally received a response (with the assistance of Bialetti USA). The response was sort of like what warranty are you talking about?

So I sent a scanned copy of the warranty (clearly stating lifetime) along with photos of the pans showing the Teflon coming off. Another two weeks went by -- no reply. So I sent another email. Oh that's being handled by xyz person. OK so I resent everything.

Finally after 2 more times back and forth, Bialetti Italy promised to send replacement pans. A month went by -- no pans...

Do not waste your time or money on this set!
Pitiful excuse for pots and pans! I actually looked under "recalls" as I cannot imagine how many people have had problems with these slippery bottoms. I do not have any small children and I worry all the time that these pans are going to end up on the floor.
Not only that but don't let those silicon inserts fool you but I have burned my fingers as they get extremely HOT because the metal isn't covered. I have to use potholders to lift lids or adjust the pan with the handles. I should go back to cooking on a campfire!
Again let me say that these should be under a recall as they will slip right off the stove! Oh and talking about balance, ha! Unless there's food in the pots or skillets..they turned over! The handles are heavier than the pots
itself.
I am equally aggravated with myself for not taking the darn things back. I bought them at Costco and after reading another review on here about how bad the company is I felt a need to also tell everyone that I have...

good value
the pot served my needs, and I think it's a good value for the price. I'd buy another if the need arises

Seems to be okay after a thorough initial cleaning
The stainless steel used is very very thin. It probably will hold up fine, but it is not real solid. The pot came quicker than advertised and shipped complete. I did have to take some extended time to clean the pot. There was a black residue that was metallic smelling, assuming the manufacturer didn't clean up much. This was on the inside so I'm a bit skeptical. The other skepticism I have is that no where on the lid or the pot is there "Stainless" stamped on it. Not that it isn't, but....?

Cuisinart HM-50CY Power Advantage 5-Speed Hand Mixer, Chocolate Cherry

Excellent and Reliable Mixer
I own the Cuisinart Power Advantage 5-Speed Handheld Mixer since early April 2009 and I am quiet happy with it thus far. In all fairness, this is my second handheld mixer and my previous mixer (Proctor Silex 62535 Bowl Rest 5-Speed Mixer, White) was a very weak mixer, which simply did not have the power to mix any semi-thick dough. This Cuisinart mixer has significantly more power (220 Watts) and has little trouble mixing most dough, excluding bread dough of course. This mixer has an automatic feedback mechanism which was the main reason I decided to purchase it. Unlike most mixers which supply their motors with different electric powers at different settings, this mixer supplies electric power partially based on the mixing speeds. In other words, it will supply an extra burst of power to the motor when the mixing speed is slow, like mixing tough dough. It only does so temporarily to avoid over heating the...

No Slow Speed!
I got this mixer after my old one died. I dislike the "low" speed as it is almost as fast as my old mixer's high speed! For me, the purpose of a hand mixer is to mix light products, such as puddings and cakes and things that require more than a whisk. A low speed is needed to start out, and there is no low speed on this model. This is a major drawback as far as I am concerned. Aside from that, it is a lovely mixer, but not completely useful!

A handy and favorite kitchen tool, and quite multipurpose!
Bought this Cuisinart HM-50 Power Advantage 5-Speed Hand Mixer after another from a different manufacturer had conked out, even after simple light use. Decided then to go for a quality replacement, and haven't regretted this choice at all, plus it's quite handy... get it?

Bad pun aside, this kitchen appliance is a favorite, and has had a lot of use. Have found its five speeds to be quite adequate, and its 220-Watt motor to be up to the task. If you want more power and a greater range of speeds, there is the Cuisinart HM-70 Power Advantage 7-Speed Hand Mixer, which is also highly rated.

This handy (here we go again) appliance easily mixes even heavier ingredients than one might expect, and the one-touch slide control changes speeds easily. The supplied extra-long beaters (more on these in a moment) eject easily, and clean...

Pactiv/E Z Foil 90815 Oven Liner (Pack of 2)

Oven Rack Liners
These are a good quality oven rack liner. Note, I am saying rack liner. These cannot be used on the floor of an oven, so if that is what you are looking for, these are not for you. They work just fine if placed on the lowest shelf in your oven. The description of this product should say "over rack liner" not "oven liner".

Very Flimsy
Will use them but never buy them again. Very bendable came stuck together when we tried to pull them appart it was like aluminum foil.

Not actually an oven liner after all
I purchased this to line the bottom of my oven, should have read the reviews first. But I simply read the description of the product and thought that was enough.

Hawkins H10-20 Pressure Regulator for Classic Aluminum and Stainless Steel Pressure Cookers

I am glad I found it
I don't really like slow/rice cookers. I work with the good old pressure cooker. It works. But I had lost the "whistle" (pressure regulator) part for my 1.5 liter Hawkins classic aluminium model and I found it here on Amazon. The sale was great, and the product was a perfect fit. A note to pressure cooker users - whenever you're ordering spare parts, be it a gasket, or pressure regulators, etc., make sure you don't confuse between Hawkins and Futura. Very different products. And know your model correctly.

fast prompt shipping
Product came fast, quick and in a hurry just as described. if you need a replacement part make sure that you know the brand of your pressure cooker.

Le Creuset Enamel-on-Steel Zen 1-2/3-Quart Teakettle, Dune

It molts.
This kettle heats up water quickly. I have not had the water dripping difficulties mentioned by another reviewer. However, the plastic handle and spout cover "shed," leaving a black powdery plastic all over parts of the kettle - hopefully not inside, but it's hard to tell, as the inside is also black.

I love Le Creuset enameled cast iron cookware, but I would not purchase this kettle again.

Nice Kettle
I am very happy with this kettle. I use it on a ceramic top and it heats up relatively quickly. The whistle works fine, and I have had no issues with water dripping and spilling while pouring like previous reviewers have. This kettle makes about 3-4 average sized cups of tea when filled properly. There should be no cause for concern with chipping around the top edge where the lid goes if it is not mishandled. I have no need to use a mitt when picking the kettle up from the stove. The dune is a nice color and it looks nice sitting on the stovetop. I am extremely picky and inspected this kettle for all of the flaws that I had read about, and they just aren't there. The included instructions will tell you how to properly use the kettle and enjoy it for years to come and are easy to understand and follow. And one final note to in response to the complaints that I have read about the whistle sounds and tones on kettles: buy a musical instrument if you are looking for some sort of magical...

For quick hot water
Attractive solid kettle with convenient 'flexible' handle. The flat shape allows for quick heating of water esp on the wood stove top. A good product

Enclume PR7A HS Premier Large 16-Inch Corner Pot Rack, Hammered Steel

great product
good quality, good price and delivered timely. It has held up and looks like it will last for a long time.

Looks great and fits well
I like the toggle anchors provided. Very sturdy once assembled and looks good. Would recommend over the linear hanging rods you see in many kitchens.

Heavy Duty Pot Rack
I was struggling for room in my kitchen for pots and pans until I found this pot rack. I don't have a lot of space for a flat suspended rack, but I had a corner and this thing was perfect. I have at least 8 pans hanging on it; it is really sturdy. There is room for 9 or 10 pans. I have three or four pots and several frying pans, most are stainless steel and heavy.

Imusa Cast Aluminum Caldero 26 centimeter, 4.8 Quart, NSF Certified

A must for a real cook.
A Peurto Rican friend turned me on to to cooking rice in this kind of pot. Some times the old ways are the best. This pot puts the old way at your finger tips and it is CHEAP. Three cups of water, two cups of long grain rice two tablespoons ov oil. Bring to boil simmer till tender. rinse rice return to pot. Perfect rice. Shape of pot and heat transfer rate of the cast aluminum make this possible. Cleans up easily.

Decent Pot; Great Value
We knew we would be having a talented Latina cook visit us and that she would want to cook some of her favorite rice dishes. So we ordered an Imusa caldero, and were we glad! After a quick seasoning with oil, she put the pot to use and found it perfect. Not as good, of course, as her own caldero back home with generations of use, but certainly fine for a kitchen visit! And now that she has given us some lessons, we will put it to good use also. The only downside I see is that the knob on the cover is not oven-proof. Fine now for stove top, but I think I can craft a replacement knob so I can use the caldero in the oven.

Best popcorn Pan!!!
Was looking everywhere for a great popcorn pan and this is it! Works great on the stove and is very light and sturdy.

All Clad Stainless Steel 6-Quart Stock Pot with Lid

Great size and high quality
This pot is perfect for large quantities. It has a nice wide base for braising and sauteing before adding liquid. It washes beautifully and conducts heat very well. I highly recommend!

How did I cook without this?
This is an incredibly versatile size. I don't know how I survived in my kitchen without it. I've used it every day since receiving it. (Of course, it's been winter. Soups and stews are a mainstay of my home.) This is a heavy pot without being weighty. The base of it is thick and distributes heat well. The lid is well-fitted. Condensation drips back in evenly. The lid doesn't spit water around my cooktop when water is boiling inside. Let's hear it for good design! The handles are small but you can easily hold onto them even with thick pot holders. 6 quarts is a very versatile size. It is large enough for almost all of my stew recipes but still small enough that I can easily store it in my kitchen cupboards. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Expensive....and very well worth it
My wife says she loves me, and, I think it is because I let her indulge in her cravings for the best cookware around, namely, All-Clad. I hate to think about all the (so-called) "inexpensive" cookware sets I've bought in the past. Our (nearly complete) All-Clad set will last us indefinitely (and, probably, get passed down to the next generation). If you shop carefully (buying in sets, or catching the occasional sale), you can get All-Clad pieces at less-than-full-retail. One Caveat: if you happen to leave an empty pot on the stove over a full-on flame, you 'can' ruin it by plunging it immediately into cold water (yes, learned the hard way). Turn off the flame, walk away, and give it an hour or so to cool down slowly.

West Bend 6-Quart Stainless Pressure Cooker

Very easy, very quick, very tasty
An extremely nice product. If your experience with pressure cookers is based on the hissing bombs of yesteryear, forget it. Silent operation.

And a bonus during the hot summer months: adds virtually no heat to the environment.

Highly recommended.

Excellent product & Customer Service
I am relatively new to pressure cooking/canning and bought a 16qt manual pot first time out and found it good for canning pints of chicken and beef stew but not practical for cooking small meals. Never had one the electric types of pressure cooking devices I admit. I had a small senior moment and could not get it to work the first I tried to use it. So I called the West Bend customer service number listed and spoke to a pleasantly kind and most helpful woman. It was not the product but operator error LoL. She saved the day and my first recipe I tired, BBQ Beef tips, turned out most excellent by all who had some!! This Cooker will all kind of things from cooking rice to even being a slow cooker, and it's great time saving. I can't wait to make more of MissVickie dotcom recipes. Good luck and God's speed.

So Easy and versatile
I purchased this for my 87-year old Mother and she loves it! It is easy to use and also easy to clean. You can brown, steam, pressure cook, cook rice, and so much more...and it is electric.

Le Creuset Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 4-1/4-Quart Covered Casserole/Stockpot

Great Quality
I really like this Le Crueset stainless steel line. I've been moving away from non-stick cookware but wasn't ready to pay the price that All-Clad charges for their clad stainless steel cookware. Le Creuset has done it right: brushed exterior is beautiful, stainless is easy to clean (Barkeeper's Friend is wonderful), no harmful chemicals, etc. Plus the handles on the Le Creuset are comfortable (have you ever tried holding All Clad? the handles hurt your hands when the pot is full) and I love the rolled lip that makes pouring easy.
Am currently buying more of this wonderful line in other size.
But one thing to be aware of: When they say 4 1/4 quarts, they are measuring to the very tip-top of the pot.....you'd never want to cook 4 1/4 quarts in this pan or the contents would get everywhere. Useable cooking space in this pot is about 3 1/2 quarts. This isn't an issue for me, but it is something to be aware of.

Fantastic!
Handles get a little hotter than I like but I am thrilled with it. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this.

4 pack of Large S-hooks 12cm. For hanging Saucpans Kitchen utensils etc. Use in wardrobes, The shed, Greenhouse or for hanging baskets. 4cm hook openings

Good Hooks
I bought these hooks for a pot hanger and they work fine. The product description was accurate and the price was fair.

General advice to someone buying them for pot hanging: the wide open ends let the hooks turn on your hanger which might make hanging pots tricky. The S-hooks made for pot hangers have a narrow throat on one end which will keep them from moving around as much.

Pot hangers
These are great size and heavy duty for hanging heavy pots. They were really cheap, and a great way to hang skillets and heavy pots.

Good quality hooks.
I use these S hooks to hang cleaning brushes off a cart in the garage I use to wash the car with. So far, they have done a good job. They are pliable enough to bend to get the perfect fit, yet strong enough to hold pretty heavy objects. No rust so far.

Norpro KRONA 8 Quart Stainless Steel Stock Pot with Lid

Great pot!
This pot is all that we had hoped for. My wife makes large batches of dog food in it, parboiling whole chickens. We also make large quantities of soup both stock to freeze and use later and enough soup for us and friends.
We bought this because we own two Krona "multipots" and they are in constant use. All the pots share the same thick base which is the secret of their success. Great Pot!!

Great pot.
I started buying the Norpro Krona pans a couple of years ago for my married children. They all love them. They are pricey but I have been able to find good sales which permit me to purchase them. They heat evenly and seem to keep their shine, even when put into the dish washer.

Cuisinart MCU194-20 MultiClad Unlimited Dishwasher-Safe 4-Quart Saucepan with Cover

Surprisingly perfect...
I recently left an empty 5 qt. Calphalon saucepan on a burner, and ruined it. I searched and searched, but couldn't find a 5 qt. replacement anywhere (I had purchased it many years ago).

So instead I purchased this 4 qt. saucepan as a replacement, keeping my fingers crossed that it would do the job I needed it to do. Surprisingly, the Calphalon steamer insert that fits the 5 qt. also fits perfectly in this one. The Cuisinart lid also fits perfectly on the Calphalon steamer insert. They even look like a matched set, you wouldn't even know that they were two different brands.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pan. It has all of the things I love about my All-Clad LTD, and some additional features that make it maybe even superior to All-Clad (? time will tell). It looks like All-Clad, seems as well made as far as handle rivets etc., is much lighter (which I find appealing, the older I get), and has a well-designed ergonomic handle that stays...

Perfect
I got this to compliment my 12 piece set. All of the unlimited pieces are wonderful. Great weight, wonderful heat distribution and easy (dishwasher) cleanup. I recommend using a bit of non-stick spray or olive oil but if you don't, and food sticks, it still comes off easily if you let a little soapy water sit in it.

Good pan for the price
This pan replaces an older Cuisinart pan of the same size, that had a disk bottom and non-clad sides. The multiclad heats more evenly and sticks less. Part of this may be due to edges that are slightly more rounded than the old pan. It does not require much gas to keep things boiling. The handle is comfortable (unlike the ridiculous All-Clad handles), and neither the handle nor the lid gets too hot to hold. The lip makes for a dripless pour. It cleans very easily, and I am very pleased.

Rachael Ray Porcelain Enamel II Nonstick 9-1/4-Inch and 11-Inch Skillets Twin Pack, Blue Gradient

great product!
love them...special the color......great product!
no complains..food don't stick, easy to clean. i will recommend the product o all my friends

Skillets
The skillets seem to be good skillets. Nothing out of the ordinary they are easy to clean and they work, so what more can I say.

Not Great
I was very excited about owning my first set of Rachel Ray pans! The color is fabulous and the handle is just the right size with good grip. I have cared to these pans just as instructed; hand wash, low-medium heat, no oil. I was very disappointed when the nonstick finish began to chip off within weeks of use. I'm glad I did not invest in the larger cookware set.

Berndes Tempered Glass Lid with Stainless Knob, 13-Inch

Nice lid for a nice pan
I bought a fry pan for this from a different place, finding it $40 cheaper was the reason. problem is, the skillet does not come with this lid(why not!?!!?) so i had to buy it separatly. I was lucky that amazon had it. The lid is good, just like for other berndes cookware i own. Only downside is that the handle gets a little hot, so use a towel. But, the lid is mandatory for any fry pan. Just a shame, that they do not come together.

Makes a great skillet even greater
When I started using the 13-inch non-stick skillet from Berndes, it opened a new world of fat-free cooking--the best pan I'd ever owned. But sometimes, I needed to cover some dish I was cooking and the only thing I had large enough was a cookie sheet--it worked, but awkwardly. So I sent for this glass lid, and I now have the perfect combination. The lid fits the skillet to a T and functions by keeping moisture and heat inside the pan when that's what I require. The tempered glass seems rugged and hard to break or chip. I recommend this glass lid 100%.

Great Lid
This is the perfect lid for our 12" Le Creuset skillet. It fits like a glove, looks great, and adds functionality to a skillet we use almost daily. Bonus - It doesn't add a lot of weight to an already massive pan.
