I love my Le Creuset collection and this size is so useful. Attractive and not too heavy to use often.

My Favorite Dutch Oven
I have three dutch ovens by three different companies but the Le Creuset 3-1/2 quart is my favorite. The size is perfect for two or three people or for part of the meal for more people. I like the fact that it's a little shallower than the others which makes it seem a little better for browning ingredients. I like the cream colored interior. One of my other dutch ovens has a black interior that just isn't as aesthetically pleasing to me. It cooks perfectly whether on the stove top or in the oven. I would highly recommend this dutch oven if you can fit it into your budget.

Outstanding to cook anything! These Le Creuset are of the best quality and each size serves great purposes for everyday cooking.
