Love it!
Wow! These are super hard to find. Great for dehydrating which is what I use them for. You will need to support them with a large baking pan. They are not self-supporting.

I tried a favorite pumpkin roll recipe of mine with this silicone baking pan, knowing that after cooking the pumpkin in a sheet pan, it would need to be rolled. The Silpat
