I really like these pans. They perform as advertised. I was surprised that I had to season them (just like cast iron).
They are a good hefty weight, but not so heavy that I can't handle them easily. Clean-up is almost magic. I don't put them in the dishwasher. The glass lids are especially nice - and they fit tightly - no dribbles or leaks while cooking with the lid on. I would like to purchase more stock if they are sold open stock.
