heavy and well made
This stainless steel pan is heavy and well made. It is also very easy to clean up. Just let it soak a little while. I have switched to stainless steel cookware because the non stick coating on cookware comes off. Who knows what we are getting for chemicals in that coating. I'm going back to quality,
