If you are a fan of poached eggs this is a must have!
I love this pan/egg poacher!
I first tried sauteing and was amazed my food simply slid out of the pan! Then, I wiped the pan clean with a wet paper towel!
Next, I tried poaching eggs (the sole reason for this purchase). I was amazed! My eggs slid right out of the cups and cooked to perfection!
My thoughts...
1) Be sure to read the instruction pamphlet, it has good tips in it.
2) Tempered glass lid, very nice, love seeing what I'm cooking... keep in mind lid handle will get hot.
3) Pan, smooth and solid, distributes heat very nicely throughout the surface.
4) Pan handle actually stays cool in stove top use, easy to grip, and well balanced.
5) Egg cups actually hold large egg with a little room to spare! (Based on my research, this appears to be an issue with 6 cup egg poachers.)
6) Egg poacher insert: Handle well balanced... keep in mind insert handle will get hot.

Good Pan, Bad Poacher
This is fine for a 10" pan but you will still need to buy a poacher as this does not work well. The eggs consistently stick to the cups at any water temp and are then hard to clean. I have thrown away the cups and now just have a slightly overpriced 10" saute pan.
Love It.
Great Item. Easy to use and clean up is a snap. The eggs just come out of the egg cups with no effort.
